Individual Meat
Loaves
1 egg, beaten
1 cup soft bread
crumbs
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon garlic
powder
1 cup shredded cheese
(whatever kind you like, I use cheddar or Colby/Monterey Jack mix)
Salt and pepper to
taste
1 ½ pounds ground
beef
In a mixing bowl,
combine all ingredients. Mix well. Divide into six portions and shape into
small loaves. Place on baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F until done.
We love these tasty
meat loaves because they are very quick to bake. Sometimes I mix them ahead of
time and place them on baking pan in refrigerator, covered, until time to bake.
Then I can simply pop them in the oven and they can bake while I prepare the
rest of the meal.
