Last week was kind of a week of ups and downs. Here are just a few peeks into our week.
Sunday
Sunday was a quiet, peaceful day for us. After our busy Saturday we were glad to come home from church and just relax.
Monday
Paper, pens and coffee, cats, flowers and (two of) my kids. A good Monday!

Wednesday
Wednesday started out tough but ended well. I was walking up the steps to go into work when my sister, who keeps Michael while I work, called to say he was having seizures. So I immediately headed back to her house to get him. I had told her what to look for and when she should call 911 but as I was headed to get him she called me back and said the seizures has stopped. I picked him up and took him home to rest. The top left picture is of him sleeping off the effects of the seizure. By about 11:30 he seemed to be back to his normal self again so I decided to go back to work for the rest of the day. He used to have seizures much more frequently, every 2-3 months. This time we had gone 11 months between seizures, the time before that was eight months. So, while I wish he hadn't had one at all I am grateful for the amount of time he went between seizures. The other two pictures are pictures he took that evening during my choir practice. He took one of us and one of himself singing along.

Pizza, chips and a movie! It's our Friday evening tradition and we look forward to it all week.

My Little Buddy and I enjoy a nice long ride nearly every day. There's just something about the open road and discovering what's around the next curve or over the next hill that makes us happy!

Saturday
Saturday was mostly about sleeping in and running errands. Michael did quite a bit of schoolwork while we were in the van. And we spent some time in one of my favorite places - the library.
And that's the story of another week of abundant blessings. I'm looking forward to next week's adventures!
