Menu Plan Monday - Sunday January 7 - Saturday January 13, 2018


This week looks like it's going to be a pretty typical week for us. It's nice to feel like we're back on a routine after the holidays. Weekday menu planning revolves mostly around dinners and what we have going on that evening, and, when possible, we pack leftovers for lunches the next day. It looks like there will be a couple evenings at home the beginning of the week, the middle of the week will busy with church and basketball practice and then a family evening at home on Friday. Saturday there will be errands and a basketball game. So here is what I'm planning for us to eat this week.


SUNDAY
Breakfast - Breakfast Casserole, Oranges

Lunch - Baked Pork Chops, Baked Mac and Cheese, Green Beans, Cantaloupe

Dinner - Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Strawberries

MONDAY
Dinner - Hamburger Chow Mein, Peas, Applesauce

TUESDAY
Dinner - Beef Stroganoff Hamburger Helper, Sauteed Brussels Sprouts, Corn, Peaches

WEDNESDAY
Dinner - Fast Food (Bible Study/Prayer Meeting)

THURSDAY
Dinner - Hot Dogs and Buns, Fries, Oranges (Basketball Practice

FRIDAY
Dinner - Pizza, Chips, Salad (Movie Night)

SATURDAY
Brunch - Oven Scrambled Eggs, Potato Wedges, Honeydew, Biscuits

Dinner - Turkey Roast, Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes, Butter Beans, Slow Cooker Spiced Applesauce
